With a knowledgeable, highly experienced and dedicated Customer Service team, Tower’s technical expertise extends beyond timely PPE supply with, for example, our three Subject Matter Experts having jointly over 45-years’ experience in PPE, health and safety, fall arrest and height safety. Customer Service Team Our Customer Service team is available weekdays 7am to 5pm by phone, email or fax, and is available to deal with queries and assist customers in all ordering. The following technical teams are available to the Customer Service team: • Subject Matter Experts • Business Development Managers and Field Specialists • Quality Manager • Machinery Specialist • Project Team The successful conclusion to customer queries and deliveries is achieved through detailed KPIs which are flowed down to the Customer Services Team from the Head of Customer Service. Distribution Network Tower operates from three facilties within Dorset. Our main distribution centre, a 75,000-square foot facility with 25,000 bin locations and storage for over 3,400 pallets, is located 10minutes from the head office. Our Badging facility with both heat seal and embroidery capability, is also located here. Tower’s head office has a 30,000-square foot warehouse which is used for Trade Shop operations and backup storage. Our third warehouse, a 20,000-square foot facility, is dedicated to bulk stock holding and delivery for selected key client contracts. Tower’s distribution network provides daily delivery throughout the UK direct to customers through our own transport and our delivery servicepartner, DPD. Full tracking and Proof of Delivery is provided online. For bulk / pallet deliveries, Tower contracts specialist delivery partners. Tower has extensive experience servicing multi-site operations and we have an effective mobilisation process which is based around each of our client’s required Service Levels. A programme of training, stock delivery, reporting and follow-up is our standard procedure. Training Tower Supplies offers a range of training solutions including our own Health and Safety specialist training. Training can also be delivered by our own staff either in person or by webinar. Documentation Tower provides documentation to cover all offered services, from COSHH datasheets for products, training manuals and asset tracking tools for machinery. Product Validation and Testing Field/pilot testing PPE product is a standard part of our customer product sign off procedure. We work with selected manufacturers to produce sample bespoke products so that the end user can test them and monitor the results and feedback.
